Maybe we could do some tank-shell protection deals too if MS are willing to mass-produce and distribute. Just kit out a soldier with Zune boy plates… and BAM! Super-reflective ultra-protection snazzy-body-plating armour.

Going back to the life saving stuff… iPod saves life - Apple gets great new marketing angle. Old news? Yep - but it rounds off the Zune news nicely. Incindentally, the iPod was covered by it’s full, extended guarantee and Apple employees were more than happy (if not a little shocked) to ship the poor fella a replacement right away.
