I vowed to never write about the iPhone, but this is simply too funny to pass off… The official iPhone service tool (obtained only through contact with Apple support), as shown below, comes packaged snugly in an official Apple plastic bag and dogy lookign diagram. Too bad the paperclip doesn’t come prebent, I guess, but all the same - when third party models arrive, it won’t be long before we see the tool in a variety of shapes, no doubt with skins too, along with paperclip cowboy hats.

Sheesh… Have Apple never heard of Clippy? Now this ladies and gents, is quality customer care.
