Xbox 360 Drive Comparisson

Xbox 360 Drive Comparissions - Which one have you got?

The guys over at Xbox-Scene have created this very useful comparission photo, to help you determine which drive your Xbox 360 has shipped with. You may have heard all the fuss back in November over the noisy drives which gave vacuum cleaners a run for their money in the ‘Noisiest Household Appliance’. That and my Sony VAIO’s fans…

In short, if you have the drive on the right, you have the quiet version. I’m ashamed to say that infact I have the oldest model, the one on the left… Just goes to show that being an early-adopter doesn’t always pay off. Ah, well! Sourced from Xbox-Scene.

You also find that as an early adopter you won’t be able to use the much talked about Xbox IPTV. Sorry!

I’m getting a new one in that case. ;) If as an early adopter Microsoft are rewarding us in this way, I’ll be having some serious words with the dudes at Microsoft Game Studios! :D

The middle one breaks. I have that and it won’t read any discs after 1-2 weeks of me receiving/playing my 360..
